Evaluation: You must complete the portfolio in order to obtain your certificate at the end of the course. This assignment is marked as complete or incomplete.
Learning Outcomes
This assignment will evaluate the following module-level learning outcomes:
- Synthesize knowledge and skills learned in Fundamentals of Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, Molecular Foundations, and Applied Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy courses.
- Describe psychedelic-assisted therapy from first-hand experience.
- Apply the Numinus model of care and clinic policies while engaging in clinical work.
- Utilize first-hand experience with psychedelic medicines to better understand and support clients through psychedelic-assisted therapy.

Preparation Sessions (Experiential Period)
Before your Preparation Session (Experiential Period), please complete the experiential worksheet. Note: you must complete this worksheet even if you are choosing not to do the Experiential Period so that you develop an understanding and appreciation for the thought process that participants go through during Preparation.

Preparation Sessions (Observational Period and Practicum)
During or after the Preparation Sessions (Observational Period and Practicum), please complete the preparation worksheet.

Integration Sessions (Observational Period and Practicum)
During or after the Integration Sessions (Observational Period and Practicum), please complete the Integration Session worksheet.

Grading Criteria
You will be graded on the following criteria:
- Observation (did you demonstrate evidence that you observed the client's session?)
- Application and synthesis (did you demonstrate an application and synthesis of knowledge and skills learned throughout the certification pathway?)
Note
On each worksheet, there may be questions which are not applicable to you or the clients you're observing. While the portfolio is marked as complete or incomplete, answering all questions is not required for the portfolio to be marked as complete. You will be evaluated on the extent to which you have answered most of the questions to the best of your ability.
