Discussions are a really important part of the experiential learning process. They are a great way to compare your experience and thoughts with others in the course.
In this course, there are lots of opportunities for discussions with your colleagues:
In virtual face-to-face sessions for breakout activities
In your weekly practice groups (beginning in Week 2)
In the pre-work activities using Flip
Flip is a third-party platform, and it is optional to participate in these discussions. Please avoid including any sensitive personal information. Please note that the data on Flip.com is stored in the United States.
In some of the module pre-work content, you will see an activity callout which invites you to respond to a questions or statement using a tool called Flip. These discussions are ungraded, but they are a great opportunity to get to know your colleagues and learn from the experiences of others.
On Flip, you can respond to a question with a video or text. Then, other learners in the classroom can view your response and can then respond to your post with a video or text, creating an asynchronous discussion.
In order to participate in these online discussions, you must join the Flip classroom. Please read these steps before proceeding.
